• Arbitration Option: where both parties agree in writing, an unresolved commercial dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in London, England, conducted in English under recognized international arbitration rules.

• Consumer & Mandatory Rights: arbitration does not apply where you are entitled to bring proceedings before the courts of your home jurisdiction under mandatory law, and does not remove your right to refer the matter to a competent court.
