1. Professional Importer of Record
Mesoeutics (mesoeutics.com) is owned and operated by Zartaux Holding Ltd. We distribute professional-grade cosmetic solutions to authorized, licensed healthcare, beauty, and aesthetic practitioners.
By placing an order you confirm that you are acting as the Importer of Record and are responsible for ensuring these products are legally authorized for import, possession, and professional use in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes any rights you have under mandatory law that cannot be excluded.
2. Order Processing & Tracking
-
Payment Clearance: orders are dispatched after payment has cleared and been checked by our team.
-
Tracking Data: each shipment includes a unique tracking code emailed to you upon dispatch.
-
Commercial Invoices: all orders include an official invoice declaring the true value of the goods in Euros (€). In compliance with international trade law, we will not under-declare value or mark commercial cargo as a “gift.”
3. Global Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times vary by destination:
-
Europe: 3 to 7 working days.
-
North America: 5 to 12 working days.
-
Rest of the World: 7 to 18 working days.
These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, security checks, remote locations, or courier disruptions, but we will assist you in tracing delayed shipments.
4. International Customs, Duties, and Import Restrictions
-
Compliance Standards: our cosmetic products are formulated to comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. We have no control over domestic regulations outside the EU.
-
Duties & Taxes: the recipient is responsible for import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. We cannot predict these charges.
-
Customs Refusals & Seizures: if products are delayed or seized because you lack the licenses required to import them, we cannot refund the cost of goods that are abandoned or destroyed by the authorities. Where mandatory consumer law grants you a refund right that cannot be excluded, that right prevails.
5. Delivery Failures due to Address Errors
You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible shipping address. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an address error or uncollected packages and is returned to us, you may be charged the actual return-shipping cost. The net balance of the returned order value will be refunded to your original payment method once we confirm the goods are unopened and hygiene integrity is intact.
6. Stock Availability & System Sync
We use automated stock synchronization. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is finalized, we will cancel that item, issue a refund to your original payment method, and notify you by email.
7. Product Care and Climate Risks in Transit
Advanced cosmetic formulas can be sensitive to prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures. While we use secure commercial packaging, we cannot control temperatures in third-party courier or customs facilities. Please monitor your tracking link and arrange prompt collection to help preserve product quality.
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
-
Practitioner Responsibility: you are responsible for freight, duties, and logistics costs of returning items. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
-
Original Shipping Costs: initial shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law (for example, for faulty goods). For authorized returns, the original outward shipping cost may be deducted from your credit.
-
Tracking and Insurance: use a trackable, insured service when returning high-value goods. We are not liable for items lost or damaged by your chosen courier during return transit.
-
Packaging Integrity: returned items must be unopened, untampered, and in their original packaging to protect health and hygiene standards.
9. Force Majeure
Zartaux Holding Ltd shall not be liable for delays, delivery failures, or product degradation resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, border closures, strikes, civil unrest, or sudden changes in international cosmetic import laws.
