MESOBOTEX GABA-PGA MATRIX operates on a dual mechanism that distinguishes it from conventional hydration protocols: neuromodulatory activity at the dermal receptor level, combined with hygroscopic superiority via a next-generation biopolymer. GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) activates ionotropic and metabotropic GABA receptors expressed on dermal keratinocytes and fibroblasts, with proposed inhibitory action on the calcium-mediated myosin light chain kinase pathway implicated in cutaneous microcontraction, reducing the contractile forces responsible for dynamic expression lines without systemic neurotoxin risk or procedure downtime. Sodium Polyglutamate (gamma-PGA), produced by Bacillus subtilis fermentation, has been independently quantified as possessing water retention capacity five to ten times that of hyaluronic acid at equivalent concentrations, delivering dermal hydration density that HA alone cannot achieve. Together with Sodium Hyaluronate for glycosaminoglycan-based structural volume and Disodium Succinate for pH buffering and antimicrobial contribution, this matrix addresses expression line formation at every level: biomechanical, structural, and hydration-related. Zero downtime. Compatible with any combination protocol in the ZARTAUX MESOEUTICS+ line.
